TP Silva Oy maintains a register of contacts from its client companies and potential client companies. This register is used for managing, handling, maintaining, and developing customer and other relevant relationships, for targeting and analyzing offers, for producing, offering, and developing services, and for market research and other statistical purposes. Register information may be used for marketing (including electronic direct marketing) between Maasel\u00e4n Kone and the customer or potential customer, and for targeting such marketing within the limits permitted by law. Contractual contact persons of client companies have the right to define the contact persons to be stored in Maasel\u00e4n Kone's customer register concerning that particular client relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information to be stored in the register does not include personal information of contact persons, to the extent that it is not necessary for the current or potential customer relationship or identical to company information. The register may include the following information about contact persons of the client company:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, the register may contain information related to a contact person at a client company or a potential client company, collected before or during a potential customer relationship, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data is collected during the customer relationship and during work carried out to establish a potential customer relationship. Data can be collected and supplemented with the person's consent (e.g., by using cookies), from the population register, and from other third-party registers. Data is also collected in connection with various marketing activities, such as events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company may disclose registry information within the limits permitted and required by current legislation.
