Falcon is by far the fastest in its size class in terms of splitting speed and, thanks to its single-lever control, very light to operate. Thanks to the hydraulically operated saw and conveyors, the machine has no V-belts at all. The ergonomic and clear control panel makes the machine easy to use. The Falcon 37 folding saw is equipped as standard with a cleaning discharge conveyor that separates the debris from the firewood without the need for additional equipment. A chute at the end of the discharge conveyor separates the debris, resulting in a cleaner clapboard as the end product.
For added safety and convenience, a one-piece active guard stops the saw and splitting immediately when opened. An adjustable, hydraulically operated blade chain lubrication pump ensures long chain and flange life. The lubrication pump gets its oil from a separate canister, which is quick and clean to change. The machine's open lower structure allows easy cleaning and the integrated toolbox keeps the most important tools handy.
With a wide range of accessories, you can easily tailor the machine to your needs. The machine is available with an optional hydraulic splitter blade height adjustment, giving you an eight-part splitter blade that will turn even the coarsest wood into usable clapboard. The Falcon 37 is available as a mobile model that can be transported on the back of a car. The mobile model comes standard with a hydraulically operated HakkiLift converter, height-adjustable support legs and a work platform for efficient and effortless working anywhere.
