The businesses of Ylistaro Terästakomo Oy, Laitila Rautarakenne Oy and Maaselän Kone Oy will be combined as of October 1, 2020, after which the business will continue. TP Silva OyUnder the name of:n. The personnel will, upon the transfer of the business, join TP Silva Oy as former employees.
Our company’s new name, TP Silva Oy, better supports our integrated operations with three brands and clarifies our cooperation across all channels and networks. The change in the company’s name does not affect the product range or services, nor does it affect the existing agreements with our customers and partners.
TP Silva Oy will continue to have three strong brands in the future: Hakki Pilke, Palax and Japa, whose development will continue to be strong in the new strategy. The goal is to build a profitable and strongly integrated Terra Patris firewood division.
We want to continuously develop our operations and serve our customers at the best possible level. The underlying goal of the integration is to improve efficiency and ensure a profitable business. By combining the companies, we will be able to streamline the operations of the entire firewood division. This will enable us to invest more strongly in the development of our products and brands in the future.
Terra Patris Oy's Managing Director Turkka Hirvonen also takes responsibility for the management of TP Silva Oy. Anssi Westerlund, Managing Director of Maaselän Kone Oy, will continue to be responsible for Hakki Pilke's business operations as Business Director. Jori Lammi, Managing Director of Ylistaron Terästakomo Oy and Laitilan Rautarakenne Oy, will continue as Business Director for Palax and Japa businesses.
