Hakki Pilke proudly presents the new Hakki Pilke 43 firewood processor, which will be showcased for the first time at the Agroteknikk exhibition in Norway from November 14th to 17th, 2024. The durable Hakki Pilke 43 model features the same reliable construction as the 43 Pro model but with fewer features. This model is aimed at customers who need a reliable and efficient machine for processing large logs in smaller firewood production volumes. As a simplified version of the 43 Pro model, it retains essential performance features and offers the same high processing speed.

The machine's excellent HakkiSplit splitting system and half-stroke function enable efficient processing of both large and small trees, splitting logs into 2–16 pieces in a single stroke, depending on the chosen blade. With 15 tons of splitting force, the 43 easily handles logs up to 43 cm in diameter, splitting them into up to 12 pieces, or even 16 with soft wood. The HakkiSplit™ system, adapted from the 43 Pro, ensures fast and consistent splitting, automatically adjusting force as needed. The hydraulic log clamp and joystick-controlled HakkiCut™ system make cutting safe and efficient, allowing the entire cutting process to be managed with a single button press.
The machine's cleaning conveyor automatically separates debris from the firewood during processing, reducing the need for separate cleaning equipment. The 43 log splitter also features an accessory control valve, simplifying the integration of attachments such as a HakkiFeed table.
The Hakki Pilke 43 is designed with easy maintenance in mind and requires minimal upkeep. The machine's hydraulic functions enable operation without V-belts, which increases reliability and reduces the need for maintenance.
