Hakki Pilke responds to the demand for portable firewood processors by launching mobile models that are easily towed behind a car. The Hakki Pilke Raven 33, Falcon 37, and 38 Pro firewood processors are also available as mobile models.
Easy portability for the needs of all users
Firewood processors equipped with a mobile model are permanently mounted on a sturdy transport chassis equipped with a tow bar, wheels, and lights, which allows the machine to be easily transported from one work site to another behind a passenger car or other vehicle equipped with a tow hitch. Thanks to their easy mobility, they are excellently suited for rental use, summer cottages, or even shared use among the neighborhood. All mobile-model machines equipped with lights and sold as registered are O-class towable equipment road-legal within the EU area.
Raven 33 Mobile is an easy-to-use and reliable firewood processor. It is operated with a light-moving hand crank that controls the machine's direct-driven hydraulics and enables simultaneous cross-cutting and splitting functions.
Falcon 37 Mobile is by far the fastest in its size class on the market and, thanks to its single-lever control, extremely easy to use. Designed for the needs of heavy users, the Falcon 37 is equipped with an adjustable hydraulic saw chain lubrication pump that extends the service life of the saw chain and guide bar, thereby reducing the number of maintenance breaks.
The 38 Pro Mobile is the most heavy-duty of the mobile-equipped machines and is suited for true power users. It is equipped with Hakki Pilke's HakkiCut™ user interface designed for professional use, thanks to which cutting the logs happens simply by pressing a single joystick button with an automatically optimized saw lowering speed. The 38 Pro's 10-ton splitting force ensures that even the most challenging logs can be split effortlessly and safely into high-quality firewood.
Usability and reliability
All mobile firewood processor models come standard with a hydraulically operated HakkiLift log loader, height-adjustable support legs, and a working platform, which enable efficient and effortless work anywhere. All mobile models are also equipped as standard with reliable hydraulic infeed and outfeed conveyors that are easy to fold into a vertical position for transporting the machine and back into the working position upon arrival at the work site. The machines are powered by reliable, high-quality combustion engines manufactured by Honda, which start easily in all conditions thanks to their electric start.
The Hakki Pilke Falcon 37 mobile model was premiered at the Seinäjoki Sarka Fair on January 26–27, 2024, and all mobile models will be available for purchase in limited quantities through our Lantmännen Agro dealers.
